Outdoor Holidays (NeoTour Brasov) / SC Calema Cernea SRL is the official tour operator for your trip, licensed under number 1225 by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism and Regional Development.
We reserve the right to update or modify the content of this website, including the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the website and services implies acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided by OutdoorHolidays
Outdoor Holidays offers customized tours in Romania. Our website allows you to search, book and pay securely online.
1. Booking and Confirmation
By confirming your booking, you declare that all information provided is accurate and complete. Outdoor Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns or force majeure events. In such cases, tourists will be informed promptly and offered alternative options or refunds as appropriate.
Your tour, room, or activity booking will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received by Outdoor Holidays. Until the deposit is paid, the reservation is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking and must be respected.
2. Statement and Agreement
Each tourist is required to sign the participation statement (declaration) before the tour begins. This confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions and ensures all participants understand their responsibilities.
3. Health and Fitness Level
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the tour. If you have any medical conditions or special needs, you agree to inform us before the tour. Outdoor Holidays is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from participation.
4. Responsibility and Liability
Participation in our tours involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that Outdoor Holidays / SC Calema Cernea SRL and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
5. Conduct and Compliance
You agree to respect all applicable laws, including Romanian law and to behave responsibly during the tour. Illegal activities, including the use of drugs or other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate expulsion from the tour without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Materials and Information on the Website
The copyright, intellectual property rights and website content belong to Outdoor Holidays.
7. Photography and Promotional Use
Photos and videos may be taken during the tour. Outdoor Holidays will only use images in which you appear for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) if you have given your explicit consent by signing the participation statement prior to the tour.
If you do not provide consent in the statement, images with you will not be used.
9. Data Protection (GDPR)

Participants agree to respect the natural environment during tours, following sustainable tourism principles such as “Leave No Trace.”
13. Declaration and Acceptance
By booking and participating in the tour, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Providing false information may have legal consequences.
